Cognizant is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Desktop Support in Portland, OR to provide end-user and infrastructure support onsite. The role covers desktops, rugged factory devices, printers, handheld scanners, and A/V systems, with emphasis on Windows troubleshooting and ITSM-driven processes.
Ideal candidates will have 4–7 years of hands-on desktop support experience, proficiency with SCCM/Nexthink, and ability to maintain SOPs and knowledge bases while working in a 100% onsite environment
