The Project Manager II is responsible for leading small to medium‑complexity projects from planning through completion. This role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and deliverables while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Rate: $50-$60 an hour on w2
Key Responsibilities- Lead small to medium‑complexity projects and take accountability for successful project delivery.
- Manage internal project teams, external resources, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using PMO tools, templates, and best practices.
- Conduct analysis to estimate, monitor, and track project costs and budgets.
- Define resource requirements and coordinate availability with resource managers.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure vendor schedules, costs, and deliverables align with the overall project plan.
- Establish, maintain, and update project risk logs, issue logs, and related project documentation.
- Resolve project issues and escalate risks, blockers, or concerns as appropriate.
