Job Summary

The Director of Product - Enterprise Data Analytics leads the strategy, development, and ongoing success of enterprise data and analytics products. This role combines strategic product leadership with the development of high‑performing global teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Analysts, and Scrum Masters. Working closely with business, technology, and data leaders, the Director defines product vision, establishes priorities, and delivers trusted, scalable data and analytics capabilities that improve decision‑making and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the steward of a portfolio of enterprise data products spanning analytical and transactional products.
  • Lead investment prioritization and product lifecycle management.
  • Establish product performance measures and continuously evaluate adoption, quality, business impact, and customer outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships across business, data, and technology organizations to align product strategy with enterprise priorities.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Partner closely with governance, architecture, engineering, security, and data management leaders to ensure data products are trusted, discoverable, secure, compliant, and well governed.
  • Guide strategic decisions related to enterprise data platforms and data product design to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with long‑term enterprise architecture and business strategy.
Skills and Background

Education

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.

Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 7+ years in senior management roles leading product portfolios and teams.
  • Proven success in designing and building advanced analytics products at scale.
  • Ownership of enterprise data products and data‑as‑a‑product practice.
  • Experience with scaled Agile delivery, Scrum, and portfolio‑grade agile frameworks.
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira, Databricks/lake house platforms, Azure cloud data platforms, lake house architecture, enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, data orchestration, data integration, APIs, event‑driven architecture, AI‑enabled data capabilities, and GenAI enablement.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
