Revenue Operations Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries against Snowflake and MySQL databases to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for stakeholders across the business.
• Partner with team members to translate business questions into clear, well‑scoped analytical deliverables.
• Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies between source systems and reporting layers.
• Document data sources, definitions, metrics, and report logic to support self‑service analytics.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis requests and contribute to recurring business reviews.
• Continuously look for opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent hands on experience).
• Working proficiency with SQL, including experience writing queries in Snowflake and MySQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions).
• Hands‑on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling and basic DAX.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
