Scrum Master, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
- Facilitate ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with software development teams to build and refine delivery processes.
- Mentor Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
- Remove impediments and promote team alignment, transparency, and accountability.
- Utilize Jira Cloud for Agile workflows, reporting, and project tracking.

Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile leadership role.
- Experience in software project management, including managing software delivery initiatives, development life cycles, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and practical application within software development environments.
- Experience developing and improving processes that support software delivery and team effectiveness.
- Proficiency with Jira (cloud), including workflow management, reporting, and Agile project tracking.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting Agile transformations or organizational Agile maturity efforts.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, etc.).
- Relevant Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe, etc.).
