We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SD Product Specialist / Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on managing, optimizing, and enhancing SAP ERP systems—specifically within the Sales & Distribution (SD) module—to drive business efficiency and support Order-to-Cash processes.

• Configure, customize, and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules in ECC.
• Gather business requirements through stakeholder workshops and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Drive full-cycle Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvements (Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing).
• Design functional specifications, test scenarios, and support UAT & integration testing
  .
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in SD domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, WM) for seamless system integration.
• Monitor batch jobs, analyze interfaces, and resolve production issues proactively.
• Document processes, conduct trainings, and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Identify system performance improvements and implement enhancements.
• Handle escalations effectively and maintain strong customer communication.

• 7+ years of strong experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes
  .
• Proven experience in SAP ECC implementation and support projects
  .
• Deep understanding of:
• Delivery & Shipment processes
• Billing & Pricing
• Strong integration knowledge with MM and Warehouse Management (WM).
• Expertise in functional design, testing, and defect resolution
  .
• Ability to analyze issues, simulate scenarios, and deliver permanent solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in incident management & service requests handling
  .

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution
• Experience in Global Trade Services (GTS) is a plus
