Requirements
Must have:- We require a vehicle for travel between school sites.
- We require the ability to pass an FBI/BCI background check.
- We prefer a technology certification or an Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- We prefer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows 10, macOS, and Chromebook operating systems.
- We prefer at least 1 year of help desk experience.
- We prefer at least 1 year of Windows experience.
- We prefer at least 1 year of hands‑on experience diagnosing, repairing, and deploying PCs and printers.
- We value strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent experience for staff and students.
- We look for strong analytical and problem‑solving ability, with the judgment to prioritize issues effectively.
- We need excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities:
- We manage the site locations ticketing system and resolve technical support issues promptly and professionally.
- We communicate clearly and independently with faculty, administration, and technicians to address daily technical challenges in the school environment.
- We diagnose, repair, and deploy PCs, printers, projectors, Chromebooks, iPads, and other classroom technologies.
- We support the maintenance and operation of enterprise client/server relationships and other hosted systems used by school departments.
- We assist the Network Engineer with special projects as needed.
- We support the Programs Manager and other staff with user account setup, organizational unit creation, and password resets in Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Admin.
- We document our work in the ticketing system, review the queue for efficiency, and build knowledge-base resources for common issues.
- We provide professional development training for faculty and administration when appropriate.
- We help manage vendor relationships, including ordering replacement warranty parts and coordinating new equipment purchases.
