We are seeking an IT asset management associate to be Central SPOC for managing IT assets (DaaS & Non-DaaS) across USA & Canada. This covers laptops, Desktops, printers, factory PCs/devices, and spare parts and to be responsible for inventory, logistics, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management.
What you’ll do in this role:- Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle (procurement → deployment → tracking → disposal)
- Maintain accurate asset inventory in ITSM/CMDB tools
- Handle receiving, shipping, and tracking of devices and spares across locations
- Monitor stock levels and trigger hardware/spare ordering (DaaS & Non-DaaS)
- Coordinate device imaging, staging, and deployment readiness
- Act as SPOC for logistics coordination with warehouses, sites, and vendors
- Manage vendor/OEM coordination for hardware break-fix issues
- Track and manage warranty status (in-warranty & out-of-warranty)
- Provide basic troubleshooting support (laptops, printers, peripherals)
- Execute secure asset disposal and maintain compliance records
- Possess professional experience between 3-6 years in IT asset management systems
- Must have desktop support hands on experience for managing enterprise class end user environments.
