The 20 MSP is seeking a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across workstations and servers. You will travel to client sites and provide on-site and remote support, ensuring documentation and follow-up for each interaction.
Candidates should demonstrate hands-on hardware repair skills, strong Windows IT knowledge, and the ability to work independently within established SOPs. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.
