Epic Bridges Interface Analyst | Epic Certified | HL7 Integration

Immediate need for a talented Epic Bridges Interface Analyst. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested. Job
-24106 Pay Range: $50 - $54/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, modify, test, validate, and support Epic Bridges interfaces
  • Develop interface solutions for new projects and ongoing enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HL7 message issues, interface failures, and data integrity concerns
  • Provide production support for mission-critical healthcare integrations
  • Investigate root causes and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues
  • Partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define workflow needs
  • Document system functionality, technical specifications, and internal procedures
  • Analyze application capabilities, workflows, and future-state operational needs
  • Support implementation activities, system upgrades, and new release testing
  • Serve as a liaison between end users, third parties, and Epic implementation teams

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Epic Bridges Certification
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting Epic Bridges in a healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 messaging and interface workflows
  • Experience building, modifying, testing, and supporting interfaces
  • Strong production support and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve interface issues
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with interface engines such as Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth, or Corepoint
  • Familiarity with FHIR and API-based integrations
  • Experience supporting large healthcare organizations or health systems
  • Understanding of Epic workflows and healthcare interoperability
