Inside Sales / Onboarding Team
Role is located in Grant Pass, OR. General function:
Support the client system entry efforts to support client master data governance policies. Ability to self-direct data processing request forms received via request tracking tool and take direction from Manager while ensuring at least 99% accuracy of entries into the system. Work on projects such as the analysis of reports, data, communications, and data maintenance, based on specific data validation rules.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintenance for core business systems
- Perform data entry functions as requested through the request system.
- Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces.
- Identify and document business rules and requirements under the supervision of the Manager.
- Document possible solutions to any open issues during project development and testing phases.
- Prepare written communications such as notes and support notes for new features or system changes.
General responsibilities:
- Data entry into SAP IS Retail, Luxottica PLM, JDA, JB, etc.
- Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects.
- Support team members and new initiatives as needed.
Communication:
- Verbal/Written – communicates effectively verbally and in written form.
- Listening – Effectively listens to others.
- Oral and written communication with CSC departments and reporting and analysis partner consultants.

Experience:
2-4 years project experience. Retail systems experience preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma
