You Are:

UST is searching for a Technical Data Analyst to process and structure complex semiconductor data for a new AI application.

The opportunity:
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Manage source control workflows and branching strategy (Git/Git Hub).
  • Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (Pods, Deployments, Services, Config Maps, Secrets, Persistent Volumes, Ingress, Helm Charts).
  • Administer the Artifactory repository - package publishing, versioning strategy, and access control.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring/observability using Grafana and Prometheus; configure and analyze application logs.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, scheduled jobs, and repetitive operational tasks.
  • Manage virtual machines, storage, network shares, and service accounts across the infrastructure.
  • Support messaging/event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka (Topics, Partitions, Brokers, Producers/Consumers, Consumer Groups).
  • Implement secret management, RBAC, and certificate management for secure infrastructure operations.
  • Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issues.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:
  • Jenkins Pipelines, Git/Git Hub, CI/CD concepts, artifact management
  • Docker fundamentals, Kubernetes architecture and troubleshooting
  • Artifactory administration and repository management
  • Grafana dashboards, Prometheus metrics, log analysis, ing
  • Infrastructure automation, OS provisioning automation, scripting
  • Virtual Machines, storage management, SMB/UNC shares, service accounts
  • Apache Kafka architecture and event-driven design
  • Secret management, RBAC, certificate management
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with clients.
  • Able to identify and resolve issues.
  • Qualification:

    Bachelor degree in electrical/ computer engineering.
  • At least 4 yrs. of experience as Dev Ops Engineer.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Hillsboro, Oregon Compensation Range: $58,000-$87,000 Benefits
  • Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
