Jobtailor is seeking a customer support professional to assist One App users and guide applicants through the application process, with follow-ups during the guarantee term. You will troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with CX and Product to flag technical problems.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of SaaS customer service experience, a track record of CSAT achievement, and strong CRM/tool proficiency, with Spanish being a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in Portland, OR.
