The Oregon Symphony is looking for a Director of Information Technology to serve as the senior technology leader within the organization. This position will be responsible for developing and executing the Symphony's technology strategy, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure align with organizational goals. The Director will oversee the IT environment, including networks, cloud platforms, and core business systems, while providing responsive technical support to staff across all departments.
In this role, you will lead technology upgrades and system integrations, manage relationships with technology vendors, and support audiovisual and hybrid meeting technologies. The Director will also administer core systems such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and will be responsible for the Symphony's cybersecurity program, ensuring secure and responsible use of technology.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with seven to ten years of relevant IT experience. Strong knowledge of operating systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity practices is essential. The position requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. The salary range is $100,000 to $110,000, and the role includes a comprehensive benefits package.
