We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator II to support and administer enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This role will focus on network and systems administration, troubleshooting, infrastructure upgrades, security, and technical project support.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain servers, networks, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, storage, and VoIP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, server, and infrastructure issues.
- Support Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, capacity, and availability.
- Design, configure, upgrade, and document network and infrastructure environments.
- Develop scripts and automation to support infrastructure administration.
- Support infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, testing, and deployments.
- Implement security, access control, encryption, backup, and recovery procedures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, procedures, and standards.
- Work with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and coordinate infrastructure changes.
- Participate in change management, capacity planning, and an on-call rotation as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, network administration, or infrastructure support.
- Strong hands-on experience with networking, servers, virtualization, Active Directory, Windows/Linux, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
- Knowledge of network protocols, routing, security, encryption, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with scripting/automation and command-line tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with Cisco networking and enterprise infrastructure is a plus.
- Experience with Jira or other project/change management tools preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Participation in rotating on-call/after-hours support may be required.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
