Robert Half is seeking a customer-focused Tier 2/3 End-User Support Specialist to provide global technology support for a retail company based in Portland, OR. This position is a 12 month long contract opportunity with the potential to convert to hire. This position is 100% Onsite in Portland, OR.

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm PST

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 end-user support across a global, distributed workforce.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment handoff, device enrollment, inventory management, and device deployment.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Workplace Experience, and other internal teams to coordinate technology needs and understand business priorities.
• Provide high-touch, customer-facing technology support to employees at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Troubleshoot Apple/Mac devices, SaaS applications, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM platforms, and collaboration technologies.
• Provide onsite support for Portland employees, including walk-up support, meeting room technology, and AV support for Google Meet and Zoom.
• Respond to urgent and business-critical requests proactively, including situations where a formal support ticket may not yet exist.
• Help coordinate technology support across distributed locations and global teams.
• Share knowledge, provide guidance, and help support teams understand evolving global processes and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate equipment and inventory records while ensuring timely device deployment and retrieval.
