As an AVP, Engineering Delivery Management on the Government & Public Services Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

Lead application delivery teams responsible for the build, operation, and enhancement of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)

Direct end-to-end engineering delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies

Partner with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to align delivery with program objectives

Establish delivery governance, issue escalation, and performance reporting to support stable operations and continuous improvement

Develop and coach engineering and delivery leaders while driving accountability for execution and client service

Qualifications

Required:

10+ years of experience leading application delivery, engineering delivery, or technology program delivery

5+ years of experience leading large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), healthcare payer, or state government technology programs

Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and vendor coordination for multi-workstream application delivery programs

Experience leading cross-functional teams that include engineering, testing, architecture, and product or business stakeholders

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

Experience supporting MMIS modernization, operations, or enhancement programs

Experience working with state Medicaid agencies or public sector health programs

Experience delivering programs using Agile, Scrum, or scaled Agile methods

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification

Experience with cloud-based application delivery environments such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
