RN

Kaiser Permanente seeks an RN to bridge clinical practice and innovative health IT solutions. In partnership with Systeme.io's all-in-one platform team, you'll help design, test, and optimize user-friendly tools that support clinicians and entrepreneurs in managing care and operations. You'll translate bedside experience into digital workflows, participate in user research, guide EHR-related integrations, and support rollouts. Working in our collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll influence product direction while improving patient and user outcomes across a large, technology-forward health system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and refine clinical software workflows.
• Translate bedside nursing and clinical requirements into clear, testable product specifications.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions with clinicians.
• Develop and maintain clinical use cases, workflows, and documentation for new features.
• Support configuration, testing, and validation of EHR and related health IT integrations.
• Educate and support clinical end users during rollouts and updates of software tools.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to recommend improvements.
• Ensure software and workflows align with clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
• Partner with customer success and implementation teams on complex clinical deployments.
• Contribute clinical expertise to roadmap discussions and innovation initiatives.
