IT Business Analyst
This position is within Governance and Internal Controls, Compliance and Governance, Compliance, Audit, and Risk, Executive Office, Bonneville Power Administration. Transform how we manage risk! We are seeking an innovative technical lead to drive enterprise compliance system modernization. In this role, you will bridge IT and business teams, harness data analytics for strategic decisions, oversee key software releases, and champion continuous process improvement.
SPECIALIZEDEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience:
- 1) leading the design, modification, and implementation of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems or complex software applications, including defining business requirements and system specifications;
- 2) performing advanced system and process analysis using data analytics to diagnose complex issues, optimize business practices, and enhance operational efficiency;
- 3) managing software release planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while serving as a technical liaison between IT teams, software vendors, and leadership.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and Ameri Corps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
