What We Need:The Data and Application Support Analyst 1 is responsible for supporting the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of data from a variety of sources to support OPCA’s strategic priorities, and for serving as a primary point of application support for OPCA’s data platforms and for the health centers and partners who use them. As a member of OPCA’s Data Team, this role divides its time between gathering and analyzing reports on health center performance data using our population health data platform (Arcadia/VisualizOR), and providing day-to-day end-user support, account administration, training, and issue resolution for OPCA staff, health center members, and partner organizations that rely on our reporting tools and databases.
This is a member-facing, service-oriented position: a substantial share of its value comes from being responsive, approachable, and reliable for the people who depend on these tools.

Who You Are:A highly skilled data analyst with:
- A sense of curiosity and a love for numbers.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and software, and willingness to adopt new tools and methods as OPCA’s reporting and analytic needs change. Adaptability across tools matters more in this role than mastery of any single product.
- Interest in, or experience with, using scripting, automation, and AI-assisted tools to support analytic and support work, paired with sound judgment about validating their output.
- A service orientation and genuine enjoyment of helping people solve problems; patience and clarity when working with users of widely varying technical comfort.
- Familiarity with ticketing or issue-tracking systems (such as Jira, Service Now, or Zendesk), whether as an internal administrator or as a requester working in a vendor’s system, or the ability to gain this skill quickly.
- Comfort facilitating or co-facilitating recurring virtual meetings, webinars, and office hours, including live demonstration of software.
