Scrum Project Management Analyst II

• Manage DTNA’s PLATON backlog of current issues and future enhancement requests
• Align system changes globally with other business units
• Provide 2nd-level support for issues unresolved by 1st-level support/help desk teams
• Test future releases prior to deployment
• Manage the backlog of engineering pain points and improvement opportunities through ESTR
• Facilitate regular planning committee meetings and quarterly executive reviews
• Summarize annual budget requests for high-priority initiatives
• Support the ongoing evolution of PLATON
• Support ESTR governance activities
• Prioritize and deliver improvements across DTNA’s engineering systems landscape
• Gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver system improvements
• Create tip sheets, training materials, and other technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience defining, prioritizing, and maintaining backlogs for complex engineering or enterprise systems
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders to define and deliver system improvements
• Strong knowledge of product data management (PDM) and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and processes
• Familiarity with CAD tools
• Experience creating tip sheets, training materials, and other technical documentation

• Ability to travel as needed
• Excellent writing, reporting, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check

Demonstrates expertise in managing engineering backlogs and system improvements, with strong knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Proficient in creating technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements.
