HRIS Analyst (Human Resources Information System Analyst) | Central City Concern (CCC)

Drive HR Technology & Data Excellence

• Serve as a key administrator and subject matter expert for CCC's HR systems, helping ensure data integrity, system performance, and operational excellence.
• Leverage advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation to provide meaningful workforce insights that support organizational decision‑making.
• Maintain critical HR data structures including employee records, positions, departments, and organizational hierarchies.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts to improve HR operations.

Partner Across the Organization

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Accounting, and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology‑driven solutions.
• Translate business needs and workflows into effective HR system configurations and solutions.
• Support change initiatives and technology implementations that improve efficiency and the employee experience.

Make a Strategic Impact Through Innovation

• Develop custom reports, calculated fields, process documentation, and training materials that empower users and increase self‑service capabilities.
• Conduct audits and root‑cause analyses to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across HR systems.
• Lead and support HRIS projects from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and user adoption.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Saturday/Sunday off)

Salary Ranges from: $89,000 - $115,000
* This range is influenced by professional experience, licensure, certifications, and internal equity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
:

• Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration orrelated fieldORan equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 4years of HRISbusinesssystemsexperience, application development, reporting writingrequired.
• UKG & Workforce Management (WFM) STRONGLY preferred.
• Good understanding in user experience and interface design and development.
• Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) with advanced Excel skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test,and background check.
