Director, Revenue Operations Technology is responsible for the strategy, governance, roadmap, and performance of the technology portfolio supporting commercial and revenue operations. This leader connects business priorities to practical technology plans, ensuring platforms, data, integrations, and automation work together as a reliable and scalable operating system for the business.

The Sr. Director leads portfolio decisions related to demand, prioritization, sequencing, funding, dependencies, risks, infrastructure, adoption, and value realization. This role partners closely with business, product, engineering, data, security, legal, finance, sourcing, and vendor teams to establish clear decision-making authority and drive disciplined execution.

This leader also promotes an AI and automation mindset across the function, using emerging capabilities responsibly to simplify work, improve decision-making, and increase commercial productivity.  ##

Key Responsibilities
* Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Revenue Operations technology, aligning investments with commercial priorities, customer needs, and enterprise standards.
* Establish and lead digital and technology governance, including demand intake, prioritization, decision rights, funding recommendations, stage reviews, risk management, and executive reporting.
* Oversee the technology portfolio supporting customer relationship management, sales engagement, enablement, analytics, workflows, data, integrations, and related commercial platforms.
* Make portfolio trade-offs based on business value, risk, organizational readiness, capacity, cost, architecture, and cross-platform dependencies.
* Maintain visibility into infrastructure needs, technical debt, delivery risks, data risks, control gaps, and platform dependencies, ensuring clear ownership and mitigation plans.
* Partner with technology and data leaders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, integrated, supportable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and data governance requirements.
* Establish a consistent operating model for product ownership, configuration, releases, testing, change readiness, adoption, support, service levels, and ongoing platform health.
* Lead the technical delivery and day-to-day business integration of Revenue Operations technologies, ensuring approved priorities move effectively from roadmap through implementation, adoption, support, and continuous improvement.
* Establish clear accountability across product leaders, platform owners, technical resources, data partners, and business stakeholders for requirements, delivery decisions, dependencies, testing, releases, and support.
* Ensure platforms are consistently and effectively used within daily commercial workflows by identifying and resolving adoption gaps, process barriers, data issues, and system friction.
