Location – Portland, OR (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote)
Location:
Downtown Portland, OR
- Manage and service a $600K–$700K commercial lines book of business
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for client service needs
- Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews
- Market accounts as needed and negotiate with carriers
- Collaborate closely with Producers and internal service teams
- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely processing
- Identify cross-sell or coverage gap opportunities
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Active Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Strong working knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, Workers Comp, etc.)
- Experience managing mid-market accounts
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and renewal cycles
- Specialty industry experience is not required.
