• Provide comprehensive customer service and technical support for assigned personal lines insurance accounts
• Manage account administration, including policy maintenance, updates, and renewals
• Cross-sell and round out existing accounts to maximize client coverage and satisfaction
• Solicit new personal lines insurance accounts through effective communication and relationship building
• Ensure compliance with all agency policies, procedures, standards, and ethical guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and policy details
• Stay informed about industry changes, product offerings, and regulatory requirements

Compensation: Pay will be based on job knowledge and years of experience in the insurance industry.

• Valid insurance license to service and solicit personal lines accounts
• Proven experience in insurance customer service, account management, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and industry practices
