Position Overview:
The Learning Coach on the EHR Support Analyst Team partners with internal teams and external members to optimize, personalize, and enhance operational workflows across OCHIN member organizations.
The role of augmentation support will provide temporary, high-quality support across administrative and technical EHR functions, they will monitor, manage, and resolve JIRA tickets and internal help requests to align s
upport services with organizational workflows, priorities, and success metrics. This team supports onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and providers.
This role provides expert support to healthcare clinics by evaluating workflows, offering strategic input to member leadership, and driving improvements aligned with OCHIN's best practice standards by Identify operational gaps and recommend effective, sustainable solutions that optimize and maintain EHR systems for efficiency and performance.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with member leadership, including executive-level stakeholders, to assess workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making and member engagement initiatives.
- Deliver interactive training sessions to large and small audiences through multiple modalities, including personalization labs, what to do sessions, at-the-elbow support, and cohort-based learning during and after Epic system go-lives.
- Provide workflow coaching, optimization, and best practice recommendations to OCHIN members and internal staff. Serve as a change agent during high-impact situations, guiding members and internal stakeholders through operational transformations and change management strategies to promote sustainable improvements.
- Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs, training content, lesson plans, and training aids. Collect and analyze feedback and learning data across multiple modalities to inform and implement improvements in learning activities, workflow adoption, and overall training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other OCHIN departments (e.g., HCCN, Clinical Informatics, Research) on special projects, grant initiatives, and workflow improvement efforts.
- Configure Epic system components, document system changes and enhancements, and share expertise by mentoring and coaching peers and new team members.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role required; 10 Years of applicable experience desired.
- Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Ambulatory
- At least 2 years of experience delivering Epic training preferred.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training across multiple modalities, including in-person onsite consultations, one-on-one, group setting, virtually and by phone.
- Proven experience training Epic Ambulatory workflows to a diverse audience of end users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Strong understanding of health center clinical operations particularly in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
