About Our Family

We are a dynamic, energetic, intentional, and close‑knit family of four (twin 13‑year‑old boys) balancing two demanding professional careers with an active household. Our days are full and structured, with early mornings, global calls, school commitments, competitive sports practices, and travel sprinkled throughout the year. We thrive on being organized and planful, and we value a home that feels orderly, calm, and welcoming despite our pace.

Our twins are bright, studious, and deeply engaged in academics and athletics. They are active in competitive sports several days a week. We also have a young, energetic Australian Labradoodle who is still growing into herself and benefits from consistency, calm leadership, and regular walks.

We are very much a “go, go, go” household, but we deeply value family time. We currently manage most household systems ourselves and keep our home in excellent order. We are seeking someone who can step in as a true partner in maintaining that standard, easing the daily logistics, so we can spend more meaningful time together while keeping the home warm and welcoming.

You are warm, calm, and relational, with a natural ability to integrate into family life while maintaining professionalism. You are communicative, confident, and not timid about sharing ideas or suggesting improvements. You ask, “Where else can I help?”

and genuinely look for ways to lean in.

You are reliable and have a fun, high energy to match an active household and enjoy keeping kids engaged and off screens when appropriate. You are comfortable around dogs and able to help manage daily pet routines. You are detail‑oriented, a natural list‑maker, and someone who closes loops. You bring prior household management or family assistant experience to the role and have the flexibility to adjust your schedule around the family’s needs with prior notice.
