- 8+ years of experience in employment advice work.
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience at a mid- to large-sized law firm preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Bar admission in the state of Oregon.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and policies.
