LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client in Portland, OR. This direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days in office after the first 30 days of training fully onsite.
The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for performing substantive legal support work for attorneys, including drafting legal documents for attorney review, conducting legal research, managing client documents, and assisting with trial preparation. This role requires at least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This firm produces high quality work for their clients.

- Use expertise and knowledge of the legal system to perform substantive legal support work for attorneys
- Draft legal documents for attorney review
- Conduct legal research
- Assist with trial preparation
- Obtain and manage client documents
- Conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks regularly
- Identify and prepare all documentation for production
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, document review software, document management systems, and eDiscovery technology
- Washington State and Oregon litigation experience required;
California litigation experience a plus. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize matters in a high-pressure environment
- L&E experience preferred
Salary: $85,000-$120,000 annually DOE
