Associate Attorney - Landlord-Tenant

NW Landlord Solutions is a landlord-tenant law firm based in Camas, Washington, representing property owners and professional property managers throughout the state. We are seeking an experienced associate attorney to handle unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant litigation.

This position is for an attorney who works hard, takes ownership of their cases, and wants to build something meaningful over time. I am interested in lawyers who are self-directed, experienced, and intentional about their careers—people who care about their work, their clients, and the life they are building outside the office.

In addition to practicing law, I enjoy mentoring attorneys on how to build a practice and think like owners, not just technicians. Law school teaches us how to practice law; it rarely teaches us how to build a sustainable, successful legal practice. For the right person, there is an opportunity to learn both.

The environment is fast-paced, professional, and collaborative, with high standards and a sense of humor. We represent landlords, and we do so deliberately and long-term.

Landlord-tenant or unlawful detainer experience is strongly preferred. Experience in King, Pierce, or Snohomish Counties is a plus, but not required. Medical and dental insurance provided.
