This is an in-office role.

• Job Number: 32001
• Salary: $65K-$80K DOE
• Industry: Legal

• Prepare medical chronologies, manage discovery, organize medical records, and send records to expert witnesses.
• Assist with trial and exhibit prep and monitor cases throughout the litigation process.
• Draft deposition summaries, subpoenas, and responses to discovery requests.

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in medical malpractice defense preferred; experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or general litigation also considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Pro Law
• Experience e-filing in federal and OR and WA state courts
• High school diploma required;
  Paralegal certificate a plus
