Morris Family Law LLC is seeking a litigation-focused family law attorney who takes pride in preparation, courtroom skill, and disciplined advocacy. We represent clients in complex and high-conflict domestic relations matters, including contested custody litigation, financial disputes, and trial-level dissolution cases. This role is designed for a lawyer who wants to build a sophisticated litigation practice within a respected and focused firm. We are seeking a lawyer with meaningful courtroom experience who is confident in hearings and trials and also brings strong client care skills to emotionally complex cases.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Oregon State Bar member in good standing
- Minimum 2+ years substantive family law litigation experience
- Additional civil or criminal litigation experience preferred
- 4–5+ total years litigation experience ideal
- Strong trial and evidentiary hearing experience
- Excellent client care skills and emotional attunement in high-conflict cases
- Comfortable managing a full caseload independently
