• 8+ years of experience in loan transactions and financing
• Real estate and business law experience preferred
• Oregon State Bar membership
• Book of business preferred but not required

In this role, you’ll represent both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending transactions as well as banking, finance, and real estate matters. This will include drafting contracts and transaction documents, facilitating negotiations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll have reasonable billable requirements, and your compensation will increase based on collections and business development bonuses.

The attorneys here work primarily in‑office, with some hybrid flexibility.

As a niche practice, this firm has extensive experience in the following areas: corporate formation and governance, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, collections and foreclosures, financial services, loan documentation, real estate transactions, and complex commercial litigation.
