Senior Associate Attorney

Our client, a respected family law practice, is seeking a litigation-focused Family Law Attorney to handle complex and high-conflict domestic relations matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who values preparation, courtroom advocacy, professional autonomy, and performance-based compensation.

• Manage contested family law matters including custody, financial disputes, and dissolution cases
• Lead hearings, evidentiary proceedings, and trials
• Develop litigation strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Provide strategic, client-centered counsel in emotionally complex cases
• Independently manage a full caseload while collaborating on complex matters

• Active Oregon State Bar membership in good standing
• Minimum 2+ years of substantive family law litigation experience
• Strong courtroom, trial, and evidentiary hearing experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently with professionalism and integrity

• Additional civil or criminal litigation experience
• 4-5+ years of total litigation experience
