This is your chance to join a growing, specialized law firm as their newest Real Estate Associate! In this role, you’ll gain experience in both litigation and transactional matters.

You’ll advise business clients on various real estate matters, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases, facilitating secured lending transactions, and handling equity and debt financing. You’ll conduct survey and title review, handle land use appeals and approvals, and represent clients in real estate litigation.
