Personal Injury Paralegal

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years of paralegal experience preferably in personal injury
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Knowledge of document management systems
• Paralegal certificate preferred

Your New Role:

As Paralegal at this plaintiff-side personal injury firm, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your legal expertise and contribute to the firm’s success as they expand their team of top-notch lawyers and support staff.

Your responsibilities will include communication with clients and witnesses, trial support, preparing case briefs and demands, and summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimonies. In addition, you’ll conduct investigations and research to develop case-relevant information. Experience with medical records is essential for this role.

With more experience as a paralegal, you can expect a high degree of autonomy as you take on full case management. Your contributions will extend to assisting with discovery and handling requests for production. Your team will rely on you to ensure that cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

This is an in-office role.
