Currently, we are seeking Warehouse Quality Supervisor candidates for a position based out of our operation in Mesa, AZ. where we support an aerospace manufacture in the area.

* Job Responsibilities:

*
* · Manage Document Control Systems
· Develop and conduct audits to recommend and implement corrective actions
· Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
· Assist in investigating quality defects and part issues for received material
· Document and perform root cause analyst of inventory discrepancies
· Update and monitor WMS to ensure our levels match that of the customer
· Complete weekly/monthly inventory reports pertaining to overages, shortages, hot parts, etc.
** The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:*
* · Logistics and/or Supply Chain knowledge
· Strong analytical skills
· Collaborating with other employees, suppliers and customers
· Shipping and/or Packaging knowledge

The ideal candidate will possess experience with the following computer programs:
· Microsoft Office (especially Access and Excel)
· Routing software
** Other requirements include:*
* · Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Eager to learn
· Ability to make quick decisions
· Good work ethics
· Ability to meet deadlines
