We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst who is ready to influence how supply chain performance is measured, managed, and improved across our Customer Service Centers (CSCs). This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of analytics, finance, and operations, where your insights will directly drive cost savings, efficiency, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced analytics tools and dashboards that elevate supply chain visibility
- Drive development of innovative solutions, including the Food Cost Tracker, that support consistent, actionable reporting
- Analyze food costs, spend, inventory, and demand trends to uncover performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain leaders to deliver strategic insights
- Support demand‑planning improvements and advanced performance measurement models
- Champion documentation quality, standard work, and training alignment
- Help define and evolve KPIs that support business goals and continuous improvement

What You Bring
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, materials management, or operations support
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills; SAP MM/CBase experience a plus
- Solid understanding of supply chain, purchasing, and Lean principles
