Position Description

The Regional Supply Sight Lead is a key Senior Supply Sight role that will lead, develop, and support our Supply Sight Sales Specialists within a designated sales region spanning four geographic zones. This role ensures program excellence by delivering outstanding customer service, driving operational efficiency, and serving as a key resource for training, performance coaching, and backup coverage. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of vendor‑managed inventory (VMI) programs, and a proven track record in operational execution.

This position is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring a balance of people leadership, customer engagement, and process improvement. The role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

Key Competencies Required to be Successful as a Regional Supply Sight Lead Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Supply Sight Sales Specialists to achieve service and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous professional development programs.
  • Manage route scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency (Samsara).
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex VMI‑related issues within the region.
  • Provide direct coverage for Supply Sight Sales Specialists during vacations, sick leave, or other absences.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily execution of the Supply Sight program across assigned customer sites, ensuring contractual compliance and service quality.
  • Ensure effective use of VMI tools and systems for monitoring inventory levels, usage patterns, and replenishment needs.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, minimize stockouts/overages, and streamline processes.
  • Partner with Sales Support, Supply Chain, and Customer Care teams to maintain seamless service delivery and product availability.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including service levels, inventory accuracy, fill rates, and turns.
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to the Regional Sales Manager to inform them of strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks, reports, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
Education, Certification, & Licenses
  • HS Diploma (Required).
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
  • Valid state‑issued driver license and the ability to travel regionally (Required).
  • 5+ years of experience managing or supporting Supply Sight or comparable VMI programs, or equivalent combination of related experience (Required).

Target Base Compensation range for this exempt role is $85,000-$95,000 OTE.

This is a Full‑Time position, eligible to participate in the Company’s benefit plans including Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision;
Company paid short‑term and long‑term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and 12% of Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
