The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for the proper control of all the incoming and outgoing inventory, mail, supplies and packages that arrive for the site. The role ensures that all guest or department packages are delivered, recorded to the appropriate recipient and that inventory control standards are maintained. Responsibilities also include storing and stocking inventory in the supply room, ensuring all standards are followed for checking out inventory or supplies, and loading and unloading deliveries as needed.

• Receive, record and track all inventory, mail, and supplies that arrive or leave the site.
• Deliver and record guest or department packages to the appropriate recipients.
• Maintain an inventory control system as directed by company standards.
• Store and stock inventory in the supply room, ensuring compliance with checkout standards.
• Load and unload deliveries.
