Lead Photo Warehouse Coordinator
Supports and coordinates daily warehouse workflows, serving as a key communication bridge between warehouse operations and creative studio teams. Ensures product samples are accurately organized, tracked, and delivered in alignment with studio production timelines.
About the TeamThe Rejuvenation Photo Studio Warehouse team supports the creative production process by managing intake, organization, tracking, and movement of product samples used in studio and on-location photography. The team partners closely with Creative, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure samples are accurately tracked, maintained in excellent condition, and available when needed.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, tagging, storing, and tracking product samples
- Identify, prioritize, and help coordinate daily workload across warehouse team members
- Maintain accurate inventory systems and ensure alignment between physical inventory and tracking tools
- Track and report on productivity, workflow volume, and operational needs
- Coordinate sample movement between warehouse, studio, and cross-functional partners
- Serve as primary liaison between warehouse, creative, and merchandising teams
- Communicate sample availability, discrepancies, and timelines clearly across teams
- Support pulling, assembling, and installing product samples for studio use
- Implement and maintain 5S principles across warehouse operations
- Identify and implement improvements for product flow, storage, and space utilization
- Maintain and evolve warehouse organization, labeling systems, and storage standards
- Lead inventory audits and support continuous improvement of workflow efficiency
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- 4–6 years of warehouse, inventory, or studio logistics experience
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with 5S or warehouse organization best practices
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
