Aftersales Parts Return Manager

The role involves managing the overall aftersales parts return process for the dealer and service network. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate processing of returns. A strong sense of curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset will help drive enhancements in customer experience and financial performance.

Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

02 years of relevant experience preferred, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations-related function

Proficiency in Client Office applications

Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Lean principles, waste elimination, and continuous improvement methodologies

SAP experience

Data analysis and reporting

Manage the end-to-end parts returns process for the dealer network

Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely return processing

Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation

Respond to returns inquiries and resolve processing issues

Support internal and external training related to returns processing

Analyze returns data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational performance
