Supply Chain Team Leader – Portland, OR. Lead a team of Supply Chain Specialists and work closely with internal teams, customers and vendors to ensure effective supply chain management and achievement of key performance metrics.

• Lead a team of supply chain associates onsite at a customer location.
• Streamline, coordinate and implement new supply chain processes.
• Work to reduce costs by implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Facilitate monthly meetings with internal and external customers and build professional working relationships with customers.
• Exceed customers’ service expectations.
• Meet with suppliers to discuss performance and upcoming projects.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, transportation or a related field.
• Two or more years of previous supply chain experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Able to work onsite at a customer facility.
