Lead a team to driveharmonized

WholesaleSCMprocessesforagroup ofNAM Wholesale Accounts,toensurebest-in-class delivery timing and execution of demand to customers.

Focused onsupply + demand alignment and mitigation, monthly planning,outbound operations,continuous improvement initiatives,and holistic supplyexecution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overall–Lead a team to drive continuous planning, process, system, and service improvements to achieve on-time availability and delivery for Wholesale accounts,while supporting strategicwholesalebusiness priorities.
  • Drive Supply Chain Performance-Deliverkey performance indicators (KPIs) toensuresupply chain efficiency and effectiveness,enablingbest in class Availability and On-Time Shippingto a group ofWHS Accounts.
  • Preseason Planning–Support sales, merchandising, and planning on seasonal assortments to align order deadline needs, RID feasibility, and key programs for tracking, as well as flagging risks due to order minimums or other issues.
  • Deployment & Fulfillment Planning–Drive seasonal fulfillment mix targetsto enhance profitabilityand efficiency,and ensure accountability to those targetsx-functionally.
  • In-Season Orderbook Alignment
    –Mitigate Sales Order demand and supply alignmentissuesin-season, anddrive accountability oforderbook changes between Sales/Accounts and Order Management.
  • Supply Forecasting
    -Maintain regular and accurate

    Sales Officeforecasting of in-season supply, tomeet demandand support business objectives,specificallybottom’s up financial forecasting.
  • Data Analysis–Analyzes supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and communicate key insights to relevant stakeholders for action.
  • Reporting-Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on supply chain performance, including supply availability and fulfillment performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations, and any ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Internal Collaboration–Drive cadenceswith cross-functional teams, including but not limited toOrder

    Management,Product Supply, Demand Planning, BUs, Sales, Inbound, DC Operations, and Deployment,toensure seamless supply chain execution.
  • Key Account Management–Establish relationships with key customers and Sales teams on current availability projections, potential risks, and continuous process improvements to enable top and bottom-line growth, inclusive of standing connections,quarterly business reviews, and top-to-tops.
  • Account Interaction Model –Provide regularly visibility to leadership of Key Account performance, cadences, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure Customer Compliance
    – Coordinate operations back with Customer Compliance teams to ensure full compliance with customer agreements and Vendor Guides, and negotiate changes with customers.
  • Process Improvement-Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain operations and reduce costs, inclusive ofbut not limited to fulfillment execution and outbound efficiencies.
  • Risk Management-Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives-Contribute to the development and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives to support overall business goals.
  • Lead and Develop a Team –Lead and develop a small team to achieve targets, as well as grow and develop.

  • Familiarity with KPIs related to supply chain performance that drive on-time Availability and Shipping performance, including risk assessment, mitigation, and continuous improvement.
