Hours per week: 40/Non-Exempt (Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm) Position based out of our Tigard and South location, with Tigard being the primary home site.

Primary FunctionResponsible for supply chain functions within assigned clinic(s), to include purchasing, receiving and inventory management of medical and non-medical supplies.
Responsibilities (Essential Functions)- Act as the primary Supply Chain point of contact within assigned clinic(s) for all purchasing, receiving, distribution and inventory management topics pertinent to those clinics only.
- Properly maintain the Material Management Information System (MMIS) for all requisitions and purchase orders for assigned clinic(s).
- Maintain bar code scanner and set up and maintain bar codes within storage locations in the clinic(s).
- Perform weekly inventories in designated storage locations and submit purchase orders for supplies as needed.
- Travel between multiple clinic locations during workday as needed. [Transportation will not be provided by the clinic, but mileage for use of own vehicle will be reimbursed based on clinic policy.]
- Set up and maintain PAR levels for each ordering department.
- Keep stock areas clean and organized.
- Remove excess inventory from stock locations.
- Remove and dispose of products that are expired in the proper manner.
- Route soiled laundry to designated areas and distribute clean laundry as needed.
- Maintain material stock rotation.
- Distribute and receive all freight in a timely manner.
- Backup Supply Chain staff as needed.
- Sort and send daily incoming mail, including inter‑office memos and other office documents.
- Work with staff and Director of Supply Chain to convert requisitions into purchase orders for non‑stock supplies.
- Work in a cooperative manner with management/supervision, coworkers, customers and vendors.
- Abide by company policies.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain regular, in person, work attendance and punctuality, as scheduled.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
PreferencesPrevious inventory management, purchasing or other supply chain experience. Compassionate, patient, tactful, diplomatic, well organized, thorough, and independent. Motivated to learn and develop as a person and employee. Excellent Oral & Written communication skills.
