Logistics & Fleet Operations Specialist

PNW Railcars is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Logistics & Fleet Operations Specialist to join our Sales & Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, coordinating logistics, and collaborating across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
As a full-service railcar leasing company, PNW Railcars manages thousands of railcars serving customers throughout North America. In this role, you'll help keep those assets moving by coordinating railcar logistics, maintaining fleet data, supporting customers and our sales team, and ensuring accurate reporting across the organization.
What You'll DoYou'll become a key member of our commercial team by:
- Tracking railcar locations and fleet activity throughout North America.
- Coordinating railcar deliveries, returns, storage, and logistics.
- Managing and analyzing fleet data using Excel and Salesforce.
- Supporting customer inquiries and internal operations.
- Assisting with reporting, forecasting, and special projects.
- Working closely with our Sales, Operations, Mechanical, and Accounting teams to keep our business running efficiently.

We’re seeking someone who is:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing large amounts of data and working in Excel.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with customers and teammates.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Interested in transportation, logistics, supply chain, leasing, or operations.
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, leasing, customer service, or a related field.
- Rail industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
