We are looking for a motivated Junior Warehouse Specialist to join our Operations team and support daily logistics and warehouse coordination activities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the candidate will support the coordination and execution of logistics operations through Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers for the relevant Business Unit. The role focuses on operational support, data accuracy, reporting, and day-to-day coordination of inbound, outbound, warehousing, and distribution activities.

• Take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and performance of external warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of logistics activities.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company, warehouse partners, logistics providers, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate order releases, inbound and outbound shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory movements while ensuring operational continuity.
• Monitor warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, stock discrepancies, and logistics processes, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure agreed service levels are consistently met.
• Analyze logistics and warehouse data to identify operational challenges, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and report key logistics KPIs, including OTIF, lead times, inventory accuracy, service levels, and warehouse performance.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, inventory management, operational performance, and customer service.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing logistics expertise and recommendations for process optimization.
• Travel occasionally to warehouse locations to ensure alignment on operations, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar).
• 4-7 years proven experience coordinating warehouse activities and working with external logistics providers.
• Strong SAP knowledge is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting tools.
• Experience analyzing logistics data and translating insights into operational improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of operational activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
