Overview
Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II for the Georgetown Manor & Morningside Manor Apartments!
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Wage Range: $29.00–$31.00/hour (DOE)
Additional Compensation:
- $80/month auto reimbursement
- Bonus opportunities
About the Role:
This mobile position requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, as you’ll be traveling between properties to perform maintenance tasks. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our communities are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
- Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
- Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- 2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
