FULL TIME Lead worker in the NE Portland and Milwaukie areas to join our team cleaning.

Wage: $ per hour - depending on experience

Schedule - M- F, 5:00 - 1:30AM

• 1. Must be able to pass all criminal background checks allowing entry into every building serviced.
• 2. Physical ability to safely bend, twist, lift, climbs stairs, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead. Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds. (Accommodations can/will be considered)
• 3. Physical ability to operate various types of janitorial equipment. (Accommodations can/will be considered)
• 4. Janitorial positions are EVENING shifts.
• 5. Must be comfortable or skilled with setting alarm systems or accessing high-security doors/areas.

• 1. Ensuring that customer problems or reported issues are corrected in a manner which results in fair, supportive outcomes that have positive forward movement towards long term solutions.
• 2. Inventory Checks and Supply Orders
• 3. Maintains professional boundaries with staff, leadership and customers.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
