Maintenance Custodial – International School of Portland
Location: Portland, OR – Onsite.
Employment type: Full-Time, Non-exempt hourly: $20–$23 per hour.
Effective date: Immediately.
Duration: 12 months.
- Meticulously maintain school facilities and grounds, ensuring a welcoming environment for students and staff.
- Perform routine custodial cleaning duties and minor repairs to support daily operations.
- Assist with groundskeeping and campus maintenance, contributing to a safe, vibrant learning community.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of custodial or maintenance work in a commercial or educational setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Current driver's license.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; proficiency with Google Suite and timekeeping software (desired).
